With the season drawing to an end, nineteen teams showed up to battle it out. Some where battling it out for the season's top honors of Angler of the Year while others were battling it out in order to make the top ten cut and solidify their spot in this years Classic Championship. With the whole season on the line the tensions and expectations were high. The morning launch went off without a hitch and the weather was nice for most of the day until those afternoon clouds began to roll in carrying some pretty wicked lightning touching down in the middle of the lake. Thankfully all club members were able to avoid the storm and return to the basin safely in time for the weigh in.

First place honors went to the team that's in the lead for Angler of the Year Brian Cole and Bill Groseclose. Their bag weighed in at 17.47 pounds helping them pull ahead in the points for the season.

Second place honors were claimed by the team of Mike Calloway and William Flood who's bag weighed in at 15.78 pounds and was anchored by a healthy 4.74 pound blue cypress stud.

Third place and Big Bass Honors were claimed by the team of Keith Braun and Cliff Semonski. Their Blue Cypress limit weighed in at 14.21 pounds with Big Bass weighing a solid 7.08 pounds.

The final tournament of the regular season will be held at West Lake Toho on July 31st and we will be launching from the Big Toho Marina located at Lakefront Park. If anyone has any questions or concerns please contact any of the four club officers or email to basscartel420@gmail.com.
